Put it on my someday shopping list

Yep.  That's me.

Not really a clue in the world as to what I want to do with my life,
but what I do know who I want to be. And that woman I want to be someday?
That woman shall be remarkable.

I'm far from a material person, but when I think of this woman I want to become,
certain possessions often come to mind.

The woman I will someday be shall own:

   -A beautiful bicycle to keep me honest

 -A polaroid camera to fight the perfectionist in me

 -A passport that will allow me to travel the world

 -A grand piano so I will never stop learning
                                                       (I've always wanted to learn to play piano.)

 -A typewriter for when I feel like doing things the old fashioned way

 -An iphone for when I don't

But alas how important are things? There are more valuable things in life.
This I realize.

But hey, a girl can dream.

Hang on tight

Things have been absolutely crazy for me as of late.  Unfortunately, that means little to no time to sit down and write.  But that also means adventures and cherished memories galore.

In the past week I've finished my freshman year of college, pulled two consecutive all-nighters, celebrated the end of this year with some amazing people, had an old guy buy drinks for me and some friends because we simply agreed with him, partook in a random dance party around a ping-pong table to the light of a strobe-light from a friends phone, woke up early enough to seen the sun rise, said goodbye to new friends, reunited with old friends, tried to become a morning person, and started a new job.

So yeah, I apologize for not keeping you quite as updated as I would have liked to, but that's life.

Sometimes you can't even stop to take a picture.

You just have to hang on and enjoy the ride.

       No matter what anyone tries to tell you, you're never too old to play dress up.

Strawberries & Hairspray

I just spent my evening chopping strawberries while having a Hairspray dance party with my little sisters.  This is just one of the many reasons I love my family...

Time flies when you're having fun

Woah. I am done with my first year of college. How did that happen?
I have grown so much over the past year.

But more on that later, I've got an end of the year party to go to.
Oh, and I'm going to see this really great guy there.
